Experienced Sales & Business Development Manager(s) ….

One position will be based in Germany and the other will be based in Denmark (preferably Northern Jutland).

We are currently looking for Sales and Business Development Managers for two newly created positions as a part of our growth strategy. Our new Sales and Business Development Managers will be responsible for developing and growing our customer base within our Smart Meter, Smart Home and Smart Machine segments, primarily in Europe.

You will work closely with our Sales Director, and our team of technical staff, in order to offer the best possible consultancy and solutions to our future customers. You will be responsible for selling our suite of products and services in selected European countries, with the opportunity to expand into other geographical regions over time. With proper training and with our sales strategy in mind, you will be given a high degree of independence in order to achieve your targets and our common growth goals.

As a person you have a high energy level and are able to handle multiple parallel tasks at the same time without losing your focus. You are good at connecting with people and are able to identify an opportunity, when you see it. You are driven by results and have a proven commercial track record and experiences form relevant technology industries, and you have natural curiosity for new technologies.

You like to plan your activities in a structured way and are able to execute and get things done. You will be involved in the whole process from strategy to market execution and will be measured on your sales results. You will be responsible for customer communication in your region with support from our marketing team, and you will participate in relevant trade shows and conferences.

You are used to tracking your sales and territory effort in a CRM system, and to manage and report on your pipeline of opportunities.

Your main responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Planning, building and developing your territory
• Maintaining your sales pipeline with tasks and actions
• Identifying and qualifying new potential customers
• Taking responsibility for achieving your sales targets
• Taking the customer through the sales process and participating in improving our process
• Customer contract negotiations
• Monthly and ad hoc reporting on your sales pipeline, initiatives and successes
• Participating in the planning of the marketing and communication efforts in your territory
• Participation in relevant marketing activities, conferences and trade fairs
• Involvement in the development and maintenance of relevant sales materials
• Feedback from relevant market information and requirements as input for product management
• Identification over time of new potential market segments
