What happened to the company?

Seluxit went through a period of bankruptcy but now the company’s assets have been acquired by Wirtek, and the Seluxit products continue under the Wirtek umbrella. Wirtek will manage Seluxit’s client relations and retain key Seluxit personnel to ensure the seamless delivery of our products and services. We are now back in business and ready to serve you better than ever.

Who acquired the company?

Wirtek is a renowned IT consultancy company with over 20 years of expertise in the IT industry. Wirtek is a Danish-listed company working in the global IT market. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Seluxit, combining our strengths with Wirtek’s extensive expertise to drive growth and deliver enhanced client services.

Will the company name change?

The company for now operates under the same name. In the short term, the Seluxit company name will change to “Seluxit by Wirtek”.

Wirtek/Seluxit company structure - What are the details?

Seluxit is now 100% owned by Wirtek. An acquisition and a company integration take time. The former Seluxit employees will still have their Seluxit mail accounts in this transition period, so any mail sent previously or in the future will be available.

Prices remain the same. As always prices can be subject to change due to the common yearly index regulation. In that case, we will get in touch with you. Product or platform prices can be found here: wappsto.com and seluxit.com.

Will there be any changes to the quality of the products?

No, the quality of our products will remain the same, if not better.

Are the existing products still available for purchase?

Yes, all existing products are still available.

Will there be any new products introduced?

We will keep on developing new products and optimizing existing ones.
