Seluxit Gains UK Partnership
Seluxit has signed its first distributor agreement for SLX Wappsto:bit in the UK. Our partner, The Pi Hut, is a large online store based in the UK, providing everything you need for your makers projects.
Datacenter Disaster
Seluxit’s cloud is spread over 5 data centres in different cities in Europe. All data is stored on servers in at least 3 of these locations. In addition, all data is backed up once a day.
This meant that when a major fire engulfed an OVH data centre in France and thousands of websites were lost, it had only a small effect on our customers, even though part of our cloud was also affected.
Our automatic fail-safe routines started by themselves and all services continued to work.
This incident shows very clearly why it pays to use our IoT solution for its data instead of developing its own.
The knowledge needed to develop a reliable system takes many years of experience. To keep up with developments, you must invest continuously in your solution. Seluxit does this continuously to secure its customers.
